Pro and Teams add X / Twitter as a connection you authorise with your own X developer credentials. X's own paid API tier is required and is billed by X against your app, which is the point: that cost stays yours rather than being priced into the plan.

A credit is one metered AI action.

Every paid plan comes with a monthly grant of credits, and the agent spends them as it works: a draft, an image, an audit pass. Nothing is charged for a reply you reject — the draft was already written by then, so the draft is what the credit paid for.

Run out mid-month and you top up without changing plan. Grants do not roll over; top-ups do.

Plans and limits

Only the Free plan has one — 25 reply or DM sends in total (a one-time allowance that never resets). It is a cap on SENDING, not on drafting: once it is reached the send is refused with the limit named, rather than going out and being billed for. Published posts are not counted against it, every paid plan lifts it entirely, and the dashboard shows how many are left.

Yes, through the Stripe billing portal linked from your dashboard. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the pro-rated difference for the rest of the period and get the extra credits for it at once. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, with no pro-rated refund. On Teams, adding a seat mid-cycle is pro-rated the same way.

No, and deliberately: a trial that expires is a deadline we would be setting for you. The Free plan has no time limit instead — one connected account, 25 approved replies in total, no credit card. Upgrade when the cap actually gets in your way.
