We don’t do the things that get you banned.
It runs on your own connected Instagram account through the official API, with every draft held for your approval — no fake personas, no bots, no rented accounts.

It is your own account either way, so the question is what the agent does with it. FounderReply works one account at a time — it reads the whole thread before it writes a word and paces itself, rather than firing bulk actions at Instagram. And every action starts gated: with no setting of your own you get the safer of our default and Instagram’s policy position, so nothing runs unattended out of the box. Moving an action past Instagram’s own default later is allowed, and it is a deliberate change the app warns about and writes to the audit log as your decision.

Instagram’s own policy would permit publishing your own posts and replying under your own posts and commenting under other people’s posts to run unattended; FounderReply still starts you gated there.
