That depends on the persona and on how much you edit early. The persona is generated from your positioning and tone and is editable, and every edit you make to a draft is recorded and fed back. The approval queue exists precisely because the first drafts are the worst ones.
The work is reading a queue rather than writing posts. How long that takes is down to your volume and how much you edit, so we will not put a number on it — anyone who does is guessing about your business. What is fixed is that nothing goes out unread unless you decide it can.
